- Length: up to 30 minutes per file on the free plan, up to 3 hours per file on Pro.
- The sound is deleted once the text is ready. The text stays in your account until you delete it and is never used to train AI.
- Upload only recordings you are allowed to use, and make sure the people in them know they were recorded.
Questions
How long does a file take?
Usually a few minutes; very long files take a little longer. You can close the page: the transcript waits in your library.
Can I upload a video?
Yes. MP4, MOV and WEBM work; only the sound is used.
What is the largest file?
500 MB. On the free plan a file can be up to 30 minutes long, on Pro up to 3 hours.
Can I fix the speaker names?
Yes. Give each voice a name on the transcript page and every line updates.
What happens to my audio?
It is turned into text and then deleted. Your text stays in your account until you delete it. We never use it to train AI.
